With a reach of over 80,000 adults and youth, RCE fosters self-sufficiency, social adaptability, and empowerment. Dedicated to inclusivity, the organization partners with corporations, government agencies, non-profits, and individuals to provide essential support to those in need.

Our Founders

The Ringer Center of Excellence, Inc., founded by Boris and Nattlie J. Ringer in June 2003, was born from their shared vision to help individuals achieve sustainable lifestyles. Boris, raised by a hardworking single mother in Fayetteville, GA, and Nattlie, a native of Atlanta with parents dedicated to education and ministry, combined their diverse backgrounds to create a nonprofit focused on empowerment and self-sufficiency.

The Ringer Center is dedicated to transforming mindsets—from struggle to survival, dependency to self-reliance, and hopelessness to empowerment—for individuals, families, and communities. Boris and Nattlie are proud parents of two sons, Stefan and Desmond proud grandparents of baby Rose
