Youth Programs

Our programs are designed to educate, empower, and equip young individuals with the skills and tools needed for personal and professional success. Through interactive activities, field trips, and mentorship, RCE helps youth build confidence, develop essential life skills, and prepare for sustainable futures. The programs cater to diverse needs, ensuring accessibility and impactful learning for all participants.

  • Landing a job is one thing, but keeping it is another. The Work-Ready program equips youth with the skills they need to not just get hired, but stay employed. Give your youth the tools to succeed long-term—explore Work-Ready today!

  • The Youth on the M.O.V.E. (MOTIVATED TO OBTAIN VALUABLE EMPLOYMENT) program is designed to equip young people ages 16 to 24 with the job readiness skills needed to seek, gain, and retain employment. Through hands-on training and support, participants build the confidence and skills to succeed in the workforce and achieve long-term career success.

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

  • The Future Focus Conference is a 2.5-day workshop for high school students, designed to guide them in exploring careers and developing essential life skills. Activities include career assessments, vision boards, and a mini-college/military tour. Panels cover financial literacy, job readiness, and employer expectations, offering practical insights and tools.

The conference fosters confidence and excitement in a fun, interactive environment, helping students craft their path to a successful future.
